WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Refund or exchanges are only accepted upon receiving a broken or damaged product within 7 days from delivery.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can place your order on the website, and pay online via YOCO.

 

We also accept manual payments via EFT. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order number. We will be notified of your order, and then be in contact with you to confirm your order, and to send through the banking details for payment.

 

Once payment has cleared in account, then we will process your order. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?

Once payment has cleared in account, we will then process your order. Orders take 10 - 14 days before delivery to be made. This is due to making of the candle vessel, as well as the curing process, to ensure the candle is set and ready to go to its new home.

WHY IS MY CANDLES FRAGRANCE THROW DIFFERENT TO THE ONE I HAD BEFORE?

All of our candles are handmade, which makes them unique and different. No two products are the same. The scent will hold differently in every candle because each candle is poured differently, and the scent sits where it has been set. So just be patient before judging, give it an hour and then let your nose do the work for you.
