SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

All orders are shipped via Pudo Delivery through The Courier Guy. After payment has reflected in our account, then we will process your order. When your order is ready we will then release your order by couriering it through Pudo - Locker to Locker.

How this works: We will place your order into a locker. The Courier Guy will collect the order and deliver it to the nearest Pudo Locker to you within 1-4 business days. When your order is out for delivery, they will send you a pin code which you need to put into the keypad at the locker to retrieve your order. If you do not collect within 24-48 hours after being notified that it has arrived, they will send it back. If this is the case, you will have to pay for delivery again for your order to be resent to you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Refund or exchanges are only accepted upon receiving a broken or damaged product within 7 days from delivery. Kindly send us an email with why you are unsatisfied with your product, and attached proof of the damaged product, and we will happily exchange the product or refund you.
